Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document patient visits, including medical history, physical examination, and treatment plans.
  • Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precise and timely entries.
  • Assist healthcare providers in navigating EHR systems and managing patient information.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to patient care documentation.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a medical scribe, transcriptionist, or in a healthcarerelated role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
