Coughlin Automotive is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Associate for our Pataskala location.
Responsibilities:
- Charge expenses to proper accounts by reviewing invoices
- Maintain vendor master information
- Manage purchase order
- Resolve purchase orders & invoice discrepancies
- Obtain approvals and process payments
- Reconcile vendor accounts monthly
- Correspond with vendors
- Administrative support
- Detail oriented
- Good written and interpersonal communication
- Understanding and working knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger recording
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word programs
