As Pharming continues to expand and innovate, we are looking to hire an Associate Director, Compliance to lead and implement comprehensive strategies across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee US policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training for US employees.
  • Manage the Pharming Hotline and investigations.
  • Maintain the US Disclosure log and analyze data.
  • Handle Healthcare Professional and Institution engagement.
  • Implement various aspects of the compliance program and ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Provide guidance on promotional and non-promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Act as a representative on cross-functional teams.
  • Hybrid role requiring presence in the Warren, NJ office.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' experience.
  • 3+ years of Compliance experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
