Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


Process customer bulletins and field ordersProvide value analysis documentation support to project managersSubcontractor claims managementCustomer claims managementLitigation scope, cost and timing analysisPCR / CCR documentation and cost developmentReporting and analyzing PCR trendsProviding project cost analysis, trends, and recommendations to functional departments on PCRsProvide project management servicesMonitor and coordinate the efforts of assigned subcontractorsInform Project Manager of events and progress of activities related to the various bid packages being supervisedServe as principal contact for assigned subcontractors and monitor and enforce compliance to schedule, budget and quality, scope of work and specificationsParticipate and support the site safety programParticipate and support the Drr quality programSupervise and monitor site clean-up activitiesReceive and approve completed contractor daily reports and resolve any special comments or problemsResolution of minor installation coordination and engineering problemsMonitor and report potential financial impacts to the project manager and site managerIssue and monitor contractor punch lists for contract completionParticipate in start-up and extend support as requiredOrganize and attend meetings as required and issue minutesCoordinate the documentation required for subcontractor equipment test and handoverCommunicate and provide subcontractor equipment information to commissioning personnelVerify contractor percentage of work completed against request for paymentProvide input to the earn vs.

Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fieldFive or more years of supervisory experience requiredTen or more years of supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of degreeExperience with site managementLabor and union relations skillsWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations (30 hour certified)

Able to read and interpret engineering drawingsProficient with Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of SAP is a plusAbility to understand and maintain project schedulesGood time management skillsGood organizational skillsGood verbal communication skillsGood technical writing skillsAble to effectively communicate with engineering and estimating departments, contractors, suppliers, and customersAble to work well independently and in a team environmentAble to technically define problems and propose solutionsAdaptable to change in a learning environmentWilling and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary
