Join our dynamic Facilities team at TJX We're looking for a Facilities Administrator who can lead daily service request work orders and additional correspondence, including emails from our retail stores and vendors. You'll field questions, resolve standard store repairs, document information into the call tracking system, and ensure effective communication at all levels. Your role is essential in analyzing problems to determine the fastest, most efficient solution, while considering the impact on customer service.

  • Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of communication, including but not limited to emails generated from the TJX field directly or through the ServiceChannel platform.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner and escalate difficult calls to Supervisor when repairs are not being addressed within certain timelines.
  • Document vendor and store information into the call tracking system.
  • Promote a positive Company image to support Facilities objectives and mission statement.
  • Compose personal replies to emails and maintain assigned reports.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and moderate a high volume of inbound content.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of call center or customer service or related experience
  • Experience with MS office (Excel, Outlook) required
  • ServiceChannel knowledge a plus
  • Proven conflict management skills and flexible approach
  • Strong follow up, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills

This position has a starting pay range of $25.35 to $32.25 per hour.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
