Join Our Team as a Primary Therapist at Milestones



Milestones at Onsite is located on a vast 250-acre property amidst the picturesque hills just outside Nashville, TN. We offer a unique and comprehensive residential trauma treatment program catering to individuals affected by unaddressed trauma symptoms such as anxiety, depression, codependency, and PTSD.

Our program is customized to accommodate varying lengths of stay ranging from 30 to 90 days, tailored to the specific needs of each individual. The structure is adaptable to ensure that it aligns with the unique strengths, requirements, and objectives of our clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in trauma field
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position
  • Knowledge of the 12-Step recovery process
  • Prior experience in leading group and experiential therapy sessions
  • Preferably experienced in adult residential treatment settings
  • Proficiency in various trauma treatment modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and Experiential therapy

Your Role with Us:


  • Offer high-quality, client-focused support and service
  • Establish a robust therapeutic relationship with clients
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively
  • Communicate regularly with relevant individuals involved in client care
  • Lead therapy groups, individual, and family sessions as well as program activities
  • Maintain composure and apply de-escalation techniques during crisis situations
  • Update referral sources on client progress and continuing care
  • Act as the central contact for after-hours and weekend incidents
  • Demonstrate a commitment to organizational health and foster positive relationships with clients and team members
