Here is what you will be doing:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Testdrive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management

Here is what you will need:

  • Must have Ford Certified
  • Must have Ford Shop Experience
  • Strong automotive background
  • Must be able to work offsite
  • Must be familiar with Ford Labor opps
  • Must be able to document pin point tests and diagnostic procedures
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and preemployment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
