Summary:
We're seeking a Full-Time Territory Manager who is passionate about being part of a successful team and serving a diverse community. If you're aiming for a career with an exciting, innovative, top-notch company, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and grow sales territory following the Regional Sales Manager's guidelines.
- Compile lists of potential customers for sales leads from various sources.
- Travel within assigned territory to visit regular and potential customers and showcase products.
- Advise customers on proper installation techniques and product features.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
- Participate in sales forecasting for the territory using Microsoft Excel and CRM.
- Provide pricing quotes, prepare sales contracts, and estimate delivery dates.
- Work with inside sales representatives to keep account activities updated.
- Attend local Building Association meetings and trade shows when feasible.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with various departments to oversee the customer's journey from sales to installation.
- Assist in resolving problems with dealers for the Credit/Collections and Customer Service Departments.
- Enter new customer and sales data into CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues.
- Help Marketing with promotions and sales support.
- Ensure daily entry of dealer sales calls by Sales Representatives in the VOR (Voice of the Rep).
Who You Are:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and possess one to two years of related experience or equivalent.
- Have a strong understanding of PGT products, processes, and customer relations.
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledgeable about building codes and their impact on fenestration/room enclosures.
