The Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the end-to-end process of transitioning to a new Network inventory management program. Your responsibilities will include building requirements and processes for the new system, managing the migration process to consolidate legacy inventory systems, and facilitating the transition to the new system.

As time permits, you will also focus on optimizing processes to drive improvements aligned with enterprise program objectives and overall process architecture. Your role will involve supporting Process Architects in problem analysis, solution design and development, implementation planning, training, standardization, and measurement for both enterprise and domain-specific programs.

  • Lead the implementation of Enterprise Inventory systems for Lumen Technologies
  • Be involved in the full systems development lifecycle, creating and maintaining necessary project documents and deliverables
  • Provide leadership in application development projects based on stakeholder requirements
  • Manage project requirements to ensure on-time and within budget delivery
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive innovative solutions and value creation
  • Ensure compliance with standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
  • Interface closely with business and technical teams during all project phases
  • Translate business needs into software requirements
  • Track and manage IT KPIs and OKRs to drive target achievement
  • Generate and present reports for business reviews
  • Work with senior management to align technology with long-term business goals
  • Provide industry expertise and best practices to keep technology cutting edge

Compensation Details

The starting salary for this role varies based on the primary work location of the employee. Candidates do not typically start at the maximum of the salary range, as compensation is dependent on individual qualifications and factors.

  • Minimum Salary: $94,420
