The Front Desk Lead plays a crucial role within the practice, being the first point of contact for patients and the backbone of the team. Responsibilities include:

  • Being the friendly face that welcomes patients with a smile and excellent customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Handling patient intake, paperwork, and updating information
  • Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and addressing patient queries
  • Managing billing, records, and directing inquiries efficiently
  • Assisting in various clinic duties as needed
The ideal candidate must also have expertise in Microsoft 365, office machines, Voip phone systems, and some experience in EMR and Social Media. Fluency in multiple languages is a must.
