\\ Position Summary:

\\The Associate Director of CRM Administration is responsible forproviding comprehensive support for Arkansas State University\'sCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) platform - Slate. This positionoversees administrative management, 3rd party integrations, systemstechnology support, and user training across all constituents using theinstitutional CRM. This position will play a vital role in ensuring theefficient and effective operation of the institutional CRM platform andrelated tools, as well as enhancing user experience and optimizing CRMperformance.\\This individual works under the direction of the Director of CRMAdministration within the Office of Distance Education & Technology.

\\ Duties & Responsibilities:

\\

Provide support for institutional CRM platform in terms ofmanagement, administration, support, and training initiativesfor both admissions and student success environments
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize source formats in conjunctionwith the Director of CRM administration to ensure efficient andaccurate data entry procedures that cater to the specific needsof constituents across campus.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain template libraries, standardqueries and ad hoc or custom reports within Slate
  • Coordination with colleagues in Admissions to execute allrecruitment, and admissions solutions through Slate, includingbut not limited to process, workflow, and communicationsdesigned to enroll prospective students.
  • Collaborate with creative services team and communications teamto develop queries within mailing for targeted campaigns, dripmarketing initiatives, and event communications
  • Implement monitoring procedures aimed at identifying andconsolidating duplicate records within the CRM system, ensuringdata accuracy and integrity for the admissions office. Maintainintegrity of data to ensure accuracy in data flow via Constituoto Banner student information system
  • Ensure data security and privacy through adherence of FERPAregulations
  • Assists with the building and maintenance of reports in Argosand running ad hoc reports from the RPTS database as neededusing SQL
  • Manages integration of data between Banner and otherinternal/external systems
  • Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with businessowners and system analysts
\\ Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
\\Business knowledge of Banner systems and/or Higher EducationAdministration.\\Knowledge of SQL - ability to query databases.\\Knowledge of Slate CRM (or other comparable CRM) required.\\Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and effectively communicate bothverbally and written.\\Ability to identify system or security problems and develop solutionsand options\\Project Management or Team Leadership\\
