The Buyer oversees and maintains inventory levels by purchasing and supplying the best quality product to branches in order to meet customers expectations. This position supports branches in sales efforts by researching equipment specifications and supplying information upon request. The location for this position is Beaumont, TX.

**Education & Experience**

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 3 years of industry or purchasing experience required.

Must possess basic math and computer skills.

Must maintain a valid drivers license and have the ability to travel to Coburns customer and company branch locations.

**Physical Requirements**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
