The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience using GoodTime, Greenhouse, and Google Suite (gCal, gDrive, etc) to schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.


Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews using GoodTime, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) in Greenhouse, including job postings, candidate data entry, and status updates.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters
Organize and facilitate recruitment events, such as on-site interviews and other Talent Acquisition activities.
Assist with the creation and distribution of recruitment materials
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.
Support other administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role.
Proficiency in using GoodTime for interview scheduling and coordination.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS for managing recruitment processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred

Qualifications:
Experience working in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
Knowledge of GoodTime for enhanced scheduling and candidate management features.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and techniques.

Below is the base pay range for this full time position.

The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one's skills, qualifications, and experience.

At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company's total compensation package.


This role is also eligible for 10x's equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
