Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established Construction Company in Tucson, AZ 85756 that is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to the team. $20-$23 per hour depending on experience.

This is a Full-Time, In-Office 6am to 3pm Monday through Friday position.

Job duties include:
  • Maintaining computerized records of material quantities, truck identities, and issuance of weigh certificates in compliance with county and state regulations.
  • Taking orders and dispatching deliveries.
  • Issuing weight certificates for materials.
  • Checking in drivers and verifying their order loads.
  • Keeping records of current license numbers and tare weights of all trucks.
  • Interacting with county and state inspectors from the Department of Weights and Measures and coordinating any necessary repairs to the scale as requested by the department.
  • Monitoring scheduled inspections and completing scale reports.
  • Verifying the account status of customers.
  • Printing labels, verifying order pick ups.
  • Clerical duties including documentation management, uploading/scanning and filing.
  • Assisting the credit department by maintaining records for reconciliation in case of discrepancies between customers and accounts payable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
GED or High School diploma
Drug Screen (federal guidelines THC is disqualifying) and 10 year background check
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
2+ years of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting
