The Supervisor for POROS Manufacturing leads the Nights B production shift in a 7x24 operation. They oversee personnel activities to meet production schedules and collaborate with operations support functions to achieve production goals, handling high-complexity work situations with frequent variations from the norm.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a culture focused on Safety, Quality, and Teamwork
  • Manage chemical manufacturing production line
  • Develop weekly production schedule in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Recruit and train manufacturing technicians
  • Implement long term action plans for operation success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field or 5 years of comparable manufacturing leadership
  • Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Experience with DeltaV Process Control System and SAP in a cGMP environment is desirable

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to handle complex issues independently
  • Physical capability for tasks like standing for 80% of the shift, moving heavy items, and wearing Personal Protective Equipment
