Overview:

The Entertainment Client Services Manager manages the Entertainment Groups depository relationships which are comprised of production, collection, operating and escrow accounts primarily related to film and television production companies however may also include gaming companies, music publishing companies, entertainment finance companies as well as other entertainment related companies. The Client Services Manager, review documents and completes forms necessary to open accounts as well as account maintenance. The Client Services Manager will have direct contact with clients to ensure that compliance is followed as it relates to account transactions. In addition, the Account Services Manager is expected to build relationship with customers to enhance customer experience. This position requires multi-tasking and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the opening of various types of accounts (dda, mma, escrow, etc). Process includes the collection of required documents, assisting with completing necessary forms and coordinating with back office for implementation.
  • Cross sell treasury services and other bank products.
  • Identify banking relationships including deposit accounts and any other entertainment related banking products and services.
  • Provide accounts maintenance and service on a daily basis. Daily operational tasks include but are not limited to funds transfers, account set-up, stop payments, recognize and resolve account overdrafts, non-post items, address stop payment requests, handle return items/NSF, manual out-going wires, exception wires, new account onboarding, fee waive/fee exception/fee refund, treasury product trouble shooting (coordinate with Global Transaction Services), etc.
  • Handle request from OFAC and Fraud/Risk Ops team for additional due diligence.
  • Provide recommendations as it relates to the various accounts and account related products by acting as a liaison between customer and other internal department such as TMS and FX teams.
  • Assist with general loan servicing which include reviewing advance requests, processing loan pay-downs and note roll-overs, updating tracking, etc.
  • Comply with and keep up to date on bank regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent education and related training and experiences with a minimum of 7 years of customer service experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the Entertainment Industry and Commercial Banking.
  • Experience in new account opening process and commercial account structures within the Entertainment Industry with basic knowledge of loan operations.
  • Demonstrate high level of expertise in client services, TMS products and knowledge of compliance and regulations related to account opening and account transactions.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $67,000.00/Yr. - USD $80,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
