Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CPO or similar executive HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is desirable.
