Purpose:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of our industry services to our employees and clients efficiently.

Responsibilities

The Staffing Manager is the primary contact for information gathering and problem resolution regarding daily work assignments within the staffing department. This position is responsible for understanding and enforcing all company policies and procedures within your department.

Daily tasks of the staffing manager are of an advanced, non-routine nature, and must be able to work under limited supervision. The ability to effectively communicate and develop a professional relationship with applicants, employees, clients, department team, and senior management is essential to this position. This position includes the responsibility of developing a qualified, efficient, motivated, and company-oriented team. This requires a thorough understanding of the practices, procedures, and overall goals and direction of the organization.

Finally, you are responsible for providing leadership and management by using the foundation of Continentals Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate from a recognized college or university with a Bachelors in business administration or a closely related field.

Experience:

Four years of prior supervisory/managerial experience related to service.
