As a Progressive Care RN at Banner Health, you will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality care to patients in a 24-bed inpatient PCU Telemetry unit. Our skilled clinical staff prioritize teamwork and exceptional patient care, creating a culture centered on quality and customer service. Our nurses receive specialized training to care for this patient population, focusing on professional growth and mentorship.

This full-time position involves night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7pm to 7:30am. As a Registered Nurse with Banner Health, you'll have the flexibility to self-schedule your shifts and weekends using our convenient tool. Additionally, you'll receive an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential for eligible shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients according to organizational policies and professional standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care delivered by yourself and your team, utilizing specialized knowledge and skills to provide patient-centered care based on their unique needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Additional related education and experience desirable
