Salary Range: $26 to $32 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Assisted Living/Memory Care Department to ensure safe and proficient service delivery to residents.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans and assist in the orientation of new residents.
- Respond to significant physical or mental status changes of residents in a timely manner.
- Supervise all departmental staff and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure staff adhere to safety protocols and correct use of equipment.
- Communicate with families regarding resident or facility concerns.
- Provide updates to the Executive Director on departmental developments and collaborate on necessary actions.
- Maintain accurate resident records to guarantee service continuity and compliance with record-keeping standards.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Ohio
- Current CPR certification, preferred experience in long-term care
