Job Summary:


Responsible for ensuring operational excellence during shifts, providing necessary support and guidance to employees, and aligning with the organization's goals. Collaborates with Store Manager to achieve objectives, communicate issues effectively, and exhibit leadership behaviors consistently.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Hiring and retaining customer-oriented employees
  • Documenting write-ups accurately and timely
  • Overseeing cleaning and food safety procedures
  • Ensuring food quality and service standards
  • Meeting financial goals
  • Managing administrative tasks

Work Environment


Work environment and physical demands include extended standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs.


Qualifications

  • 6 months to a year of experience in restaurant or retail operations
  • Valid Food Handlers certification
