About the Role:
  • We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR initiatives within a designated area at IPS. In this role, you will support various aspects of human resources management, such as labor planning, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training and development. Collaborating with company leadership, you will help shape and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and complaint management.
  • Execute performance management programs in line with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Establish and upkeep HR policies compliant with laws.
  • Offer guidance on HR-related issues to managers and employees.
  • Work on fostering an organizational culture that enhances employee and customer experiences.
  • Support change management efforts and cultivate a positive work environment.


Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to changing environments with a focus on multiple sites.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to execute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
