The Temporary Summer Camp Teacher at Pathfinder Early Learning Center is essential in providing developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children enrolled in the summer camp program. This role entails creating engaging activities, organizing field trips, and ensuring compliance with childcare licensing guidelines and quality regulations. Responsibilities include implementing lesson plans, planning field trips, and fostering social-emotional skills through a tailored curriculum.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age; must be at least 21 years of age to work with infants and toddlers independently
- Basic language, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed
- Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language
- Essential physical skills - be able to run, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, be able to lift 50 pounds, push and pull against potential resistance; and be able to implement CPR and First Aid when needed
- Shall have adequate vision, reading, writing, documentation skills, and hearing to perform the job's essential functions
