  • Conduct initial assessments of water damage situations, help make a plan, and communicate project requirements to the team.
  • Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and other mitigation tasks as needed for the loss.
  • Monitor equipment and ensure proper setup, operation, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly and involve Supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including photos, job logs, sketches, and equipment inventory.
  • Work with mitigation admin staff to communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and others involved in the job to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in the water mitigation or restoration industry, with demonstrated proficiency in water extraction, drying, and restoration techniques is preferred.
  • IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification desired.
  • Ability to sketch losses, use Matterport and moisture logs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background screen.
  • You are honest, dependable and punctual.
  • Availability for oncall rotation and occasional overtime as needed.
