Role Overview:

The Account Manager's responsibilities include promoting Buy and Bill products to Community Oncology practices.

  • Achieve sales targets for specified products within the territory
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers and healthcare professionals
  • Other duties as necessary

Main Responsibilities

  • Present Buy and Bill products to Oncology practices
  • Introduce new products to the market
  • Engage decision makers, expedite the purchasing process, and secure new orders
  • Implement effective strategies and programs

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel as required, including overnight stays and occasional air travel
  • Completion of client training

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of specialty sales experience
  • Experience in Oncology support and Buy and Bill practices

Skills and Abilities:

  • Inquisitive mindset
  • Strong sales skills, including effective questioning techniques
  • Understanding of ethical and regulatory compliance in the industry
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Great collaboration skills
