Role and Responsibilities:
  • Handle all inquiries from the initial contact to resolution professionally and efficiently.
  • Support customers on the HR portal and relevant online tools for transaction completion.
  • Provide operational advisory and administrative support for specified processes.
  • Collect and input customer-related data.
  • Work in adherence to defined standards, global processes, and local compliance regulations.
  • Escalate cases requiring policy and procedure clarification.
  • Identify customer-centered improvements and participate in projects to drive standardization, simplification, and automation.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain and update knowledge database.


Education and Experience:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. At least 2-3 years of experience, preferably in HR. Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service and knowledge of HR processes, systems, and policies.

Additional Information:


This position is based in Chandler, AZ, requiring on-site presence for work-related events and trainings. A flexible work arrangement might be available for remote work, up to two days per week. Access to controlled technology is necessary, and candidates must be authorized to use such technology.
