Responsible for welcoming guests, residents, and employees, handling external and internal calls, taking messages, and providing general information.

SHIFTS: Part-Time - Holidays and weekends, 8am-4pm or 4pm-8pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following responsibilities are typical for this role:

  • Carries out telephone answering and reception tasks as needed.
  • Takes detailed messages and conveys them to the intended recipient.
  • Welcomes residents and visitors, provides information, and offers directions.
  • Organizes brochures for the marketing department.
  • Prepares meal tickets for team members and family, and maintains meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
  • Updates Resident Phone List, Email List, Guest, and Sign-In Logs as needed.
  • Schedules appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
  • Keeps the desk and entry area tidy and well-maintained.
  • Distributes mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Heads.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
  • Performs other assigned duties.
