POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for welcoming guests, residents, and employees, handling external and internal calls, taking messages, and providing general information.
SHIFTS: Part-Time - Holidays and weekends, 8am-4pm or 4pm-8pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities are typical for this role:
- Carries out telephone answering and reception tasks as needed.
- Takes detailed messages and conveys them to the intended recipient.
- Welcomes residents and visitors, provides information, and offers directions.
- Organizes brochures for the marketing department.
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family, and maintains meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
- Updates Resident Phone List, Email List, Guest, and Sign-In Logs as needed.
- Schedules appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
- Keeps the desk and entry area tidy and well-maintained.
- Distributes mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Heads.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
- Performs other assigned duties.
