This role involves generating leads, managing client accounts, maximizing hotel facilities usage, focusing on the assigned market segment, and achieving sales targets effectively. Interaction with guests, clients, and team members should reflect a high level of service and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends for strategic advantage.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Analyze market factors to seize opportunities and establish market leadership.
  • Lead hotel sales initiatives, including client meetings, events, and relationship building.
  • Participate in sales trips and industry events to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to budget planning and negotiation for revenue optimization.
  • Enhance the hotel's reputation through active community engagement.
  • Take ownership of the sales territory, addressing market needs promptly.
  • Manage and train Catering staff for efficient banquet operations.
  • Inspect banquet facilities daily and oversee event execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
  • Interact with clients to meet their requirements and manage staff effectively.
  • Participate in hotel meetings and events as necessary.
  • Job involves 30% travel.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership within the hospitality industry.
  • Prior pre-opening experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with specific programs is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
