Brief Description of Job Duties:
The PMO Manager is responsible for the oversight and coordination of project managers and the Project Management Office (PMO). This role involves guiding and directing daily operations, assigning and reviewing work, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines. The PMO Manager collaborates with department heads, managers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges, develop policies, and align project goals with organizational objectives. Their strategic planning expertise helps drive resource management, risk assessment, and policy development within the PMO, fostering an environment of effective project execution and stakeholder collaboration. The PMO Manager also evaluates and recommends improvements for project management processes, staying current with advancements in the field.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
