As a Senior Systems Analyst and Programmer, you will have the responsibility of instructing, directing, and checking the work of other team members who support and maintain revenue cycle applications. You will be formulating and defining system scope and objectives for assigned projects, having full technical knowledge in areas such as OpTime Anesthesia, Beaker Anatomical, Beaker Clinical Pathology, and more.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems for clinical ancillary applications considering computer equipment capacity and limitations.
- Work closely with departmental managers to determine requirements and find optimal solutions.
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Have extensive knowledge of legacy, institutional, and departmental systems and processes, both automated and manual.
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate the work of team members, serving as an expert in your area.
- Plus, you may have the opportunity to lead small projects or initiatives.
Position Compensation Range: $76.03 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Licensure: None required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role is primarily sedentary, involving extensive use of desktop computers. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings and programs.
