Provides psychosocial assessment and delivery of counseling, social work and emotional support services to terminally-ill patients, and/or palliative services to patients and their families. Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling. Graduate from an accredited school preferred. Or

- Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License Or
- Upon hire: California Marriage and Family Therapist License
- 1 year Experience in a health care setting or related field.
