Principle Duties:


Formulate and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with Ascent's overarching business goals and objectives, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.

Work closely with the executive team and department heads to anticipate key hires and create proactive recruitment plans that address both current and future team requirements.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to secure high-caliber candidates across all levels of the organization.

Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, industry events, and partnerships to attract a diverse and highly qualified candidate pool.

Elevate Ascent's employer brand by highlighting our unique culture, values, and growth opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Ascent Chemicals' corporate culture and values at industry events, career fairs, and through online platforms.

Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials that resonate with top talent, effectively communicating the benefits and opportunities of working at Ascent Chemicals.

Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet the company's evolving needs.

Foster a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Directly manage structured and thorough interview processes to accurately assess candidate qualifications and fit within the organization.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and set up for success.

Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Generate detailed recruitment reports for senior management, providing insights into recruitment activities, challenges, and successes, along with strategic recommendations.
Leverage data and feedback to continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance.

Develop and implement best practices in recruitment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from mid-level to executive level positions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
