About the role:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of strategies and programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute programs to promote continuous improvement behaviors.
  • Ensure the supply network implements and maintains effective quality assurance programs.
  • Drive internal quality compliance programs for third-party/customer certifications.
  • Maintain Six Sigma practices in all Quality programs within TKE Americas.
  • Provide guidance to the Quality function and Business Unit leadership on Quality strategy.
  • Achieve significant reductions in the Americas Cost of Quality and job-related issues.
  • Implement product quality strategies and process enhancements for better outcomes.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Sustain a strong regional Quality culture for better customer satisfaction.
