StoryLife Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA Therapy services to young children, helping them reach their full potential through early, intensive intervention.

As a Registered Behavior Technician at our academy, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with autism to improve their communication, daily living skills, and social behaviors.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, in center

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $17-$20, with increases based on education and experience
  • Paid time off

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
  • Follow prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training
  • Ensure timely documentation completion
  • Effectively communicate client progress
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Assist in the preparation of client materials and assessments

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Must hold and maintain RBT certification
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • At least 18 years of age
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • TB test annually
  • Physical ability to perform job tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and record data accurately
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong cultural competency
