Qualifications for Activities Assistant:
+ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) qualification or willingness to obtain certification post-hiring + Previous experience in a senior care environment preferred + Strong time management and organizational abilities + Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and positivity when promoting activities + Creative skills for arts, crafts, and games training + Effective communication skills, including clear directions to others + Ability to adhere to a consistent schedule
