Responsibilities:


As the Director of Human Resources Operations, you will play a pivotal role within our public hospital setting, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this capacity, you will lead the development and implementation of HR operational strategies aligned with the hospital's mission, vision, and goals.

Manages all aspects of HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Monitors HR metrics and analytics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Assists in the preparation of the departmental budget by compiling data, assessing trends, investigating anomalies, and preparing recommendations.

Oversees or assist in preparing analytical studies for short-term and long-term financial planning and purchasing policies


Serves as a liaison to senior management and administrative units such as Procurement, Human Resources, Information Services and Technology, Finance, and Payroll.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required(Master's degree in a related field preferred).


Minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or public sector setting.

SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and healthcare industry trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and priorities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse workforce.

Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements.
