Seeking a full-time front desk admin for a small medical practice focused on mental health care.


Clinic responsibilities of this position include patient contact, electronic and paper filing, miscellaneous clerical duties as needed, and tasks as necessary to keep the office running and to assist the physicians and other staff.

Clinic days are 2 to 4 days a week - one of which is Saturday.

This position is full time. There is some flexibility, but you must be prepared to work every other Saturday.

Experience in a front desk or office manager position is a big plus. Kindness, eagerness, trustworthiness, and willingness to learn about our procedures are required. Basic computer proficiency is required. Must be very organized. Must have excellent phone presence.
