We are looking for a board eligible/board certified ENT to join our multi-specialty group.

Working with over 60 primary care providers within Blessing Health System providing referrals, the potential to establish a thriving practice is very high.
Offering a base salary equal to or surpassing the MGMA median, all physicians have the opportunity for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production measured by WRVUs.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with a 1:4 call rotation.
Supported by experienced staff.
Benefits include an on-site Audiologist, Lab, and Imaging facilities.

Compensation:

For those fresh from Training: $479,000 base salary plus productivity incentive bonus plan.
With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $520,000 plus productivity incentive bonus plan.
Includes sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Educational debt forgiveness loan option available, if applicable.
