Responsibilities:
- Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
- Initiates and revises care plans when necessary
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitors patient condition and reports changes
- Identifies areas for education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning
Requirements:
- Current RN License for the state of practice
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year of prior RN experience preferred
