Job Description: We are looking for an Intermediate or Senior Planner Scheduler to join our team in Blaine, Washington, and support our client's focused energy teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of investment delivery refinery projects, contributing to the project services function in all aspects of Schedule Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain organized engineering and construction schedules utilizing industry best practices
  • Participate in Planning Sessions ensuring comprehensive schedules are developed
  • Work with stakeholders to identify required resources and maintain accurate estimates
  • Update schedule progress and validate contractor schedules
  • Monitor schedule performance against key indicators using Earned Value
  • Prepare schedule progress reports and lead progress meetings
  • Perform schedule analysis, report findings, and assist in developing recovery plans
  • Support Schedule and Cost integration for effective project management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software
  • Experience in project controls systems and stage-gated project execution processes
  • Ability to support multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Good decision-making abilities and clear communication skills
  • Understanding of Information Technology including Microsoft Office Suite
