In this role, you will mainly focus on achieving Business outcomes by presenting options and finding solutions to promote success in expanding our Virtual Card Supplier Base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Training strategy with a solution-oriented and results-driven vision that delivers substantial value to Clients
  • Own and maintain the ongoing training process to facilitate development in supporting the overall roadmap and value proposition of Supplier Experience
  • Collaborate with key Product and Sales Stakeholders to actively contribute to the development and advancement of Supplier Enablement
  • Utilize an analytical approach to problem-solving, capable of assessing market trends, identifying patterns and emerging opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions; also, proficient in working with deadlines and adaptable to unforeseen demands
  • Support Partnership concept development including Team impact measurement and documentation, Partnership prioritization, and End-to-end Supplier and Campaign experience documentation
  • Prepare and deliver presentations with full ownership of all aspects of the Supplier Enablement cycle
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a range of products
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and time management skills, including a deep understanding of interpreting customer business requirements and translating them into application and operational needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with a diverse audience, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Showcase strong organizational skills and the ability to work within strict deadlines
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism in leading groups and driving process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in team management, whether direct or indirect, with a focus on coaching and developing junior team members
  • Extensive background in a sales environment and regular client interaction
  • In-depth understanding of the Payments Industry, Merchant Acquiring Process, and Commercial Card specific regulatory framework
