Sourcing Specialist I Position

The Sourcing Specialist I plays a vital role within our sourcing department. Collaborating closely with various teams, this role ensures an optimized material flow into Toro's manufacturing sites, supporting the Integrated Supply Chain goals of Operational Excellence and Sustainability. This position presents a mix of tactical and strategic responsibilities, offering a dynamic and engaging environment that can lead to growth opportunities within our Sourcing department.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintaining strong supplier relationships and alignment with ISC's goals.
  • Supporting category-specific strategies and cost control.
  • Managing purchase requisitions, ensuring fair pricing and quality.
  • Assisting in supplier transitions and process improvements.
  • Contributing to Digital Transformation objectives and more.

Note: Responsibilities may evolve based on company needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Engineering preferred.
  • Experience or education in supply chain operations.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, MRP/ERP systems, and more.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
