Main Accountabilities

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.

Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.

Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Support CEO in the preparation of board meetings and executive presentations
Completes a broad variety of tasks for the CEO including: Managing calendars and schedules keep the CEO well informed of upcoming commitments
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, while compiling documents for travel-related meetings and expense reports

Manage, motive and develop the Executive Administrative Team and ensuring the daily execution of administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining a legally compliant file structure, planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling further activities & corporate events & regional Roadshows.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with strict deadlines
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.
Must be available for occasional after-hour support.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting senior level executive.

Proven experience in booking travel arrangements and managing complex schedules.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Must adapt quickly and learn to work well under pressure with limited information and training
Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters in a professional manner
Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including an ability to connect videoconference calls
Willingness to work in Office oriented ambient (min 4 days), with flexibility during times of travel.
