Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the liaison between Brigham Development Office and institutional presidents and chief medical officer
  • Coordinate scheduling requests and approvals for materials requiring presidential review
  • Manage donor meetings and activities involving the presidents
  • Compile presidential activity emails and facilitate timely delivery to the Chief Development Officer
  • Organize presidential travel arrangements for donor engagements
  • Lead strategy meetings, create process documentation, and provide educational sessions
  • Support special projects and fundraising initiatives
  • Occasionally work evenings and weekends to assist with development activities
  • Perform other assigned duties


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Four to six years of experience in project management, particularly in a Philanthropy/Development setting
Ability to handle confidential information and serve as a liaison between different offices
Dedication to the mission of the organization

Skills and Competencies Required:
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Collaborative approach with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Adaptability to change and openness to innovation
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
