Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between Brigham Development Office and institutional presidents and chief medical officer
- Coordinate scheduling requests and approvals for materials requiring presidential review
- Manage donor meetings and activities involving the presidents
- Compile presidential activity emails and facilitate timely delivery to the Chief Development Officer
- Organize presidential travel arrangements for donor engagements
- Lead strategy meetings, create process documentation, and provide educational sessions
- Support special projects and fundraising initiatives
- Occasionally work evenings and weekends to assist with development activities
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Four to six years of experience in project management, particularly in a Philanthropy/Development setting
Ability to handle confidential information and serve as a liaison between different offices
Dedication to the mission of the organization
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative approach with a wide range of stakeholders
- Adaptability to change and openness to innovation
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Positive and supportive team player
