Who We're Seeking:


We are looking for a Receptionist with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment effectively. Previous experience of at least 1 year is preferred. Flexibility to work across multiple locations is essential.



Schedule: Shifts available Monday to Friday starting at 7:15 am with varying evening hours.



Salary: $16-$18 per hour



Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet clients and their pets, assist with check-in procedures, and escort them to examination rooms.
  • Handle check-out processes, manage transactions, and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls, address client queries, and provide necessary information.
  • Initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders and other related tasks.
  • Have a good understanding of common veterinary procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the hospital premises.
