Summary:


The Systems Administrator II is responsible for support, installation, monitoring, security and maintenance of enterprise applications, software, servers and operating systems.

The ability to support, install, backup, maintain and secure enterprise class servers, operating systems and applications.

They must possess a strong working knowledge of Windows Platforms including Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server, Windows 2008 Server R2 and Windows 2012 Server.

As well as the ability to support, configure, patch and trouble shoot enterprise functions such as printing, networking and connectivity.

The System Administrator II must present excellent verbal and written communication skills and be effective in time management and organizational skills.

The ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with attention to detail is also a must.

The role requires a candidate to be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.

The System Administrator II will be required to submit professionally documented root cause analysis and ongoing system documentation along with well-developed technical and analytical insight to support and troubleshoot complex issues in an enterprise environment.

A deep knowledge of infrastructure security related to Windows Servers, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, and Mobile Device technologies are required.


Responsibilities:
Help design and architect IT related infrastructure and solutionsSupport, install, maintain and secure enterprise wide servers, operating systems and applicationsParticipate in performing technology build, test and deployment activities
