Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-boarding processes for contributors to research and insight platforms
  • Oversee compliance programs for internal analysts and research platforms
  • Standardize internal policies and contracts
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and licenses in the research field
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes
  • Train partners on policies and procedures
  • Stay informed on industry and legal developments

Your Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years' experience in law, compliance, or regulatory consultancy
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity for finance, data, and technology
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to design efficient processes
  • Desire to learn emerging legal areas and address complex issues
