POSITION SUMMARY Ensure that single serve pouch products are manufactured safely and at the highest quality. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for set-up, cleaning, running, and troubleshooting machines. Keep accurate records and work closely with Quality Assurance. Assist other production employees as needed.

  • Move product to packaging, powders, and inspection via pallet jack.
  • Ensure that all work areas are clean, especially when working with allergens.

Qualifications:

  • Non-supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some work experience.
  • No certifications or licenses required.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Basic reading skills required.
  • No computer skills required.
  • Must have basic language skills. Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
  • Must have basic writing skills.
  • Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
  • Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
