Your Responsibilities:
  • As a GI (Gastroenterology) Sales Associate, you will promote a range of cutting-edge Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASCs. Your focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service and cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • You will educate Healthcare Professionals on the proper use and maintenance of specified Stryker ST Products, product features and updates, changes in the product portfolio, and educational initiatives.
  • Your priority is customer satisfaction, achieved through teamwork, problem-solving in a consultative manner, honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
  • You will assist in implementing and training customers on Neptune S and POM mask post-sale to ensure product adoption and satisfaction, as well as drive compliance with equipment usage agreements.
  • You are accountable for meeting specified annual budget objectives for ST GI products within your designated area.
  • As a GI Sales Associate, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and uphold your mission of transforming lives by selling Stryker products that contribute to advancing healthcare.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or B2B sales, if possible.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly in stress management, people management, and conflict resolution.
  • Show excellent abilities in time and project management, report and budget handling, and customer service.
Travel Obligations:
  • Roughly 60% travel required. A valid driver's license is necessary, along with the capability to drive a vehicle.
Physical Demands:
  • Considerable effort required: occasionally exerting up to 50 pounds of force and up to 20 pounds of force consistently to move objects.
  • Proficiency in coordinating eye, hand, and foot movements, ability to grasp objects, and meet cognitive demands such as visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading, and memory retention.
Mental Requirements:
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion leveraging professional knowledge.
  • Manage time effectively, handle projects, stress, and conflicts competently.
  • Demonstrate robust interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with the capability to see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritize work efficiently, maintain detailed and confidential records, present confidently to large audiences, and uphold unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive environment.
