The Executive Director of Partnerships at Amplify oversees multiple properties and additional responsibilities related to the overall operations of LEARFIELD Amplify.

In this role, you will support Amplify Directors in sales planning, strategy, and execution, evaluate staffing, and manage partner relationships with key University administrators.

You will also facilitate the sharing of best practices within the region, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance sales and customer service.

Additionally, as new properties are introduced to the region, you will lead the launch team.


Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting processes for manager and director positions
- Supervise all Directors in the designated region
- Conduct regional calls with managers to share best practices regularly
- Have one-on-one calls with each Amplify Director in the region on a regular basis
- Visit each partner property to meet with staff and university administration, reviewing systems, processes, and staff development
- Assist in developing, implementing, and executing national sales strategies including package sales, group sales, renewals, and sales training
- Contribute to the collective team driving growth and strategy for LEARFIELD Amplify
- Enhance services and support scalability of new platforms to clients and prospects
- Explore ways to optimize operations through business intelligence tools
- Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure effective service delivery for partner satisfaction
- Maintain expertise in the industry and stay updated on revenue generation trends
- Work closely with finance teams to build annual budgets and goals
- Collaborate with leadership on opportunities to enhance offerings to partners
- Monitor key performance indicators for the region
- Support Business Development initiatives for new partnerships and contract extensions

Requirements:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience in collegiate and/or professional sports teams and at least five (5) years in ticket sales management
- Effective operation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and engage with major decision-makers
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and MS Excel modeling
- Self-motivated, team player, accountable, and takes ownership of work
- Ability to simplify complex data points into client reports
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
